Oui, Steven Raichlen ^^ C’est vraiment LE pro du barbecue ! Anne, I watch Steven all of the time on TV here in the U.S. You’re so right – he creates some of the most interesting recipes and his way of teaching is very easy to follow. He is a great bbq teacher and he’s also a very nice guy! I once wrote him an email and he responded! Happy Weekend! xo, mari

Ah je ‘lai déjà repéré ce bouquin ! Mais comme j’ai pas de barbecue, je me suis dit que l’achat était peut être inutile ! 😀
