C’est vraiment une excellente recette. Je l’ai un peu allégée en mélangeant crème animale, crème végétale et lait. Je l’ai cuit en cuisson lente : 120 degrés pendant 3 heures. Miam !!

Oui. Réchauffez doucement au four. Peut être couvrir d’un papier alu pour éviter que le gratin ne dessèche.

Un grand merci Anne pour cette délicieuse recette.
C’est vraiment une tuerie ce gratin dauphinois !!
Il sera donc l’accompagnement de notre pintade chaponnée pour le repas de Noël.

Bonjour ! J’ai résolu le mystère… Tout simplement pas les bonnes pommes de terre… Je fais mes courses au drive et n’ai pas vérifié la variété qu’ils m’ont donné et qui n’était pas celle commandée.. Désolé pour le dérangement (lol)
