Je fais ses biscuits délicieux chaque année pendant les fêtes. Ils se conservent très bien jusqu’à 3 semaine. Je les mets ds une boîte métallique avec quelques morceaux de sucre ou des raisins secs . Car ils absorbent l’humidité et permettent des conserver les biscuits plus longtemps.

Il faut un jaune ou l’œuf entier car dans les ingrédients c’est noté jaune et dans la recette l’œuf.
